Regl. 2017: Minors and Electives
In addition to the Major students must choose:
- One minor and electives each comprising 10 CP or
- Two minors each comprising 10 CP
Minors
Minor courses offer knowledge and training beyond the core subject. The following minors are offered:
- Food Biotechnology
- Food Chemistry
- Food Microbiology
- Food Physics
- Food Process Design
- Food Sensory Science and Consumer Behavior
- Food Toxicology
- Public Health Nutrition
- Safety and Quality in Agri-Food Chain
Electives
Electives allow students to tailor their studies to their own interests. Electives can be chosen from any courses offered by ETH Zurich or University of Zurich*.
