The following applies to applications to invite visiting professors to D-HEST:

Visits must be announced as early as possible
Applications must be submitted at least 4 weeks prior the Department Conference at which they are to be approved

Note: The ETHIS workflow can only be started after approval by the Department Conference. This is particularly important for the organization of housing, visas, etc.
