Nasiha Alicusic receives SVIAL Prize for Bachelor's thesis in Food Science
The SVIAL honors outstanding achievements by students in the fields of food, agricultural and environmental sciences as part of its promotion of young talent. Nasiha Alicusic, a Bachelor's student in food science at ETH Zurich, was honored for her Bachelor's thesis.
Nasiha Alicusic wrote her thesis “Adsorption of phenolic compounds from deep eutectic solvents on activated carbon” under the supervision of Prof. Alexander Mathys and Dr. Joseph Dumpler from the Laboratory for Sustainable Food Processing.
