Nutritional Neuroscience – using mice as a model organism we are interested in understanding the relationships between diet, cognition, and emotion. How nutrition can impact cognition and brain health.
In addition, we are interested to investigate the role of early-life nutrition (such as high-fat (and other unhealthy) diet, maternal obesity) on brain functions and vulnerability to neuropsychiatric diseases and eating disorders in offspring using preclinical models.
