Liliana has served as the Scientific Coordinator of the Biomedical Data Science lab since August 2023. She is part of the low back pain unit. Her current focus involves data-driven knee osteoarthritis and low back pain prognosis to inform treatment decisions and enhance clinical management. Furthermore, she is a clinical expert in primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
Leveraging her Biomedical Engineering background, expertise in rehabilitation technologies like wearable, robotics and digital solutions, and extensive experience in rehabilitation clinics, Liliana is dedicated to translating data-driven prognosis and prevention into practical applications for clinical and daily-life contexts.
Last but not least, she is in charge of the lab's content management, including social media communication and website.
